This new, single-family residence in one of Oahu’s last historic plantations, is part of a cluster of homes once designated for the working families of Dole Corporation (formerly Del Monte). CMBA’s goal for the design was to adhere to the historic design covenants and requirements while including all modern amenities to provide the owners a brand-new house with an old soul.
