Response to maui wildfires
*Must be a property owner on or before the August 8th, 2023 Maui wildfires to receive reduced fee plans.
L1 is designed to fit Lahaina’s median size house lot affected by the wildfires. This plan embodies the strength of Lahaina’s spirit with its prominent L shaped stone wall, demonstrating a strong facade and rooted, central foundation. This plan offers warm, modern design with an open living plan and split bedrooms, with an option for a fourth bedroom or office.
L2 is offered as an ohana unit / ADU, and also works well as a compact single-family home with a generous covered lanai, providing a much larger feel than its square footage would indicate. Design aesthetics are reminiscent of old Hawaii with a modern flair.
