One of Koko Kai’s most recent new, ground-up residences, CMBA worked with the owners not only through the design process, but also through the land acquisition to ensure all features of their dream home could be realized. Major program elements included modern design, a hardy material palette to withstand near ocean-front environment, and integrated plunge and lap pool, and distinct allocation of private and public spaces.
